ITALIAN CHEESE STUFFED GNOCCHI with Walnuts
Italian Cheese Stuffed Potato Gnocchi
INGREDIENTS
1 package of Patarò Italian cheese stuffed gnocchi
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
¼ cup of walnuts, coarsely chopped
7 tablespoon of butter
5 leaves of sage
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi to the boiling water.
Cook until gnocchi float to the top and remove with a slotted spoon.
In the meantime, melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add 5 leaves of sage, nutmeg and sauté for a minute. Add coarsely chopped walnuts.
Add gnocchi to the pan with sauce, mix well, sauté for a minutes and serve.
To make everything even tastier, grate Parmigiano Reggiano on top.
