CHEESE STUFFED GNOCCHI WITH SAUSAGE AND BROCCOLI
Italian Cheese Stuffed Potato Gnocchi
INGREDIENTS
1 package of Patarò Italian Cheese Stuffed Gnocchi
1 head of broccoli (florets only cut into bite-size pieces)
2 large sausages
2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
6 oz. of white wine
1/2 cup of goat cheese
grated Pecorino Romano cheese to taste

PREPARATION:
Add the broccoli to a large saucepan with plenty of salted water and boil for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove the sausage meat from the casing and crumble the meat in a pan with the oil. Cook for about 3 minutes then add the wine and let it evaporate while finish cooking the sausage. Add the broccoli to the sausage.
Boil the gnocchi in a saucepan with 5 quarts of water until cooked.
Add the sausage and broccoli and mix well. Sprinkle the grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to taste, serve and enjoy.
