Puffed Mozzarella and Tomato Stuffed Gnocchi with Tomato Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS

For the Puffed Gnocchi

  • 1 package of Patarò mozzarella and tomato stuffed gnocchi

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped mixed herbs

For the Mayonnaise

  • 4½ oz of ready mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons concentrated tomato sauce

  • pepper

  • maldon salt

PREPARATION:

In a bowl pour the gnocchi, season with oil and chopped herbs. Mix and pour into the basket of the already hot air fryer to 390°.

Cook for 8-9 minutes, moving the basket to stir at least 3 minutes before the end of cooking.

Meanwhile mix the mayonnaise with the tomato sauce and a pinch of pepper.

Serve the puffed gnocchi sprinkled with Maldon salt and accompanied by tomato mayonnaise.
