Gnocchi with Mascarpone Sauce and Crunchy Ham
Potato Gnocchi
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of Patarò Traditional potato gnocchi
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 oz of ham
- 7 oz of mascarpone cheese
- 1 oz of parmesan grated cheese
- salt
- pepper

PREPARATION:
Cut the ham into strips.
Melt butter in a pan and sautè, drain it from the fat and keep it aside.
Put mascarpone cheese in a pan and warm it up with parmesan cheese and a pinch of pepper, mixing well.
Cook gnocchi for 1 minute in salted, boiling water. Drain and sautè with mascarpone cream.
Serve the gnocchi and sprinkle with the strips of ham.
You can bake the gnocchi in the oven at 350-390ºF for about 10 minutes.
