Gnocchi With Zucchini and Shrimp
Potato Gnocchi
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of Patarò Traditional potato gnocchi
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of sliced garlic
- 12 large shrimp
- 1 zucchini cubed
- ½ cup of cherry tomato quartered

PREPARATION:
In a non-stick pan add the extra virgin oil, sliced garlic and the shrimp. Sauté the shrimp for about 1 minute. Add the cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook them for a maximum of 5 minutes.
In another pan, with a drizzle of oil, cook the cubed zucchini, seasoning with salt and pepper. In a food processor blend the cooked zucchini to obtain a pesto.
Boil the gnocchi in plenty of salted water.
Combine the gnocchi with the shrimp sauce and stir. In a deep plate, ladle the zucchini pesto in the bottom and place the gnocchi and shrimp mixture on top.
